All accounts are margin leveraged accounts. Clients must maintain an adequate amount of margin to sustain their positions, if equity levels drop to 50% of use margin, a margin call with occur. It is the investor’s responsibility to maintain a sufficient level of margin.

Any opinions, news, research, analyses and other information contained on this website is provided as general market commentary, and does not constitute investment advice. Therefore, TFG will not accept liability for any loss or damage, including without limitation to, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on such information.
3. Product Risks
The profit and loss in any given Transaction made by followed Trader that led to the profit and loss in Customer’s Account may be affected by a currency rate that is used to convert to the Account base currency. Accounts shall be opened in USD as stated by the Customer and accepted by Trade Follow Global.
There are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based deal execution trading system including, but not limited to:
a. Failure of Customer’s hardware, software or internet connection;
b. Improper operation of Customer equipment
c. Improper settings on the Customer’s Terminal
d. Delay of Customer Terminal updates
e. MetaTrader Failure on Customer’s Computer
Since TFG does not control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet, configuration of the Customer’s equipment or reliability of its connection, we cannot be responsible for any technical issues sustained on the Customer’s side.
The Customer acknowledged that at the moment of peak load there may be some difficulties in getting communication with the duty operator, especially on the fast market.
The Customer acknowledged that once a Transmission is made from the Client Terminal and enters the execution queue and begins being processed it cannot be cancelled. Any other instruction involved in the Transmission will be ignored until the Transaction is completed. The Customer should always consider thoroughly before following any trader. All Transactions are performed on a First-In-First-Out basis.
6. Trading Agent
In the event that the Customer permits a third party choosing to follow an excellent trader, the “Trading Agent”, whether on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, TFG shall in no way be liable for reviewing the Customer’s choice of such Trading Agent. TFG is not responsible for any losses incurred by such a party and any disputes that may arise will be resolved between Customer and Trading Agent. In case of unnamed Trading Agent on the Customer’s Account, TFG cannot be liable for rejecting any instruction from a non- authorized party on the Customer’s Account.
The Customer understands that during peak trading hours that the Customer may experience some difficulties in contacting TFG’s Customer Service due to high volume. TFG cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in service due to any force majeure.
